Readuet Refund Policy

Readuet subscriptions (Solo and Duet) can be bought in three places, and who refunds you depends on where you paid. Questions about any of them go to support@readuet.com.

Bought on the web (readuet.com or app.readuet.com)

Our order process on the web is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders: it takes the payment, charges the right sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt, and handles refunds.

• 14 days, no questions asked. If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment — your first payment or any renewal — and you get all of that payment back.
• How to ask: email support@readuet.com from the address you bought with, or use the link in your Paddle receipt, or go to paddle.net.
• Free trials cost nothing. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep what you paid for until the end of the current period; a payment older than 14 days is not refunded for the unused part of the period.
• Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show them.

Bought in the iPhone or iPad app

Apple took the payment, so Apple decides refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund App Store purchases ourselves.

Bought in the Android app

Google took the payment. Ask for a refund from your order history in Google Play, or see Google Play's refund help.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and never takes away, the rights consumer law gives you where you live — including the EU right to withdraw from a contract for digital services.
